Client Data stored inside WatsonCRM may remain available while the client account is active. Upon cancellation, termination, or account closure, access to platform data may be limited or removed according to our account terms, service agreements, or cancellation policies.

Data Export, Account Cancellation, and Platform Access

Clients are responsible for exporting their own contact data, customer data, files, reports, and other business records before canceling or losing access to their WatsonCRM account.

Upon cancellation, clients may request access to export available contact data and business information, subject to technical availability, account standing, platform limitations, and applicable agreements.

Client data belongs to the client. However, the systems, workflows, automations, funnels, templates, sequences, campaign logic, Playbooks, and ACED Growth OS materials created, installed, or provided by JH Media are proprietary intellectual property and are not transferred, exported, copied, or assigned to the client unless expressly agreed in writing.

WatsonCRM accounts, snapshots, workflows, automations, funnels, templates, and proprietary implementation structures may not be transferred to another CRM, GoHighLevel account, agency, white-label provider, or competing platform.

Intellectual Property and Proprietary Systems

JH Media owns or controls the intellectual property associated with WatsonCRM, the ACED Growth OS, ACED Playbooks, implementation frameworks, playbook structures, workflows, automations, funnels, templates, forms, scripts, sequences, training materials, strategy documents, system architecture, and related materials.

Clients are granted access to use applicable materials within their active WatsonCRM account and according to the terms of their purchase or subscription. This access does not transfer ownership.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, duplicate, reverse engineer, export, transfer, publish, or provide access to our proprietary systems, workflows, automations, templates, Playbooks, or materials without written permission from JH Media.

No Guarantee of Results

We may provide CRM systems, marketing automation, strategy, playbooks, funnels, workflows, AI tools, content, training, and implementation services designed to help businesses improve marketing, sales, operations, retention, reviews, referrals, and customer experience.

However, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, profits, leads, appointments, sales, rankings, return on ad spend, conversion rates, customer retention, business growth, or any other outcome.

Your results may vary based on your offer, market, pricing, team, follow-up, advertising budget, implementation, customer experience, sales process, reputation, competition, and other factors outside our control.
